The J. Hawkwood Company Leadership Essentials coaching is designed to help you become a comfortable, competent and confident leader. This one–on–one course (either live or via the web) is designed to instill confidence through coaching and additional training, to make you a better leader. This course, which can range from six to ten hours of personalized coaching, shows you the basics you need hit the ground running as a successful leader. What should be your first steps, what types of information to gather and how to use it, and shows you the building blocks of creating a strong dynamic relationship with your team.
- Generally six to ten hours of one-on-one coaching in one to four hour blocks.
- You decide how often and how soon
- Either in person (Metro-Detroit Area) or via live web meetings
- Multiple follow up meetings to keep knowledge up to date
- 1,000 (US), or payable in 3 installments of 367 (US) each
